A native of Louisiana, Beau Tanner is originally from Baton Rouge and attended college in there. He decided to make a change and moved to New Orleans, finding that he loved the city after visiting his sister who lived there.
His background is in construction and construction management, and he worked a variety of construction jobs throughout high school and college. He earned his real estate license during his junior year of college and worked in commercial real estate after graduation. As he explored career paths and business opportunities, Beau centered on home inspections. He spoke with a number of real estate agents to identify top home inspectors in New Orleans, and Tom Axelrad’s name was the one everyone mentioned. After meeting Tom and learning about the business, Beau earned his license and subsequently joined Axelrad & Associates Home Inspections.
